Alexa Sokolov,

Alexa Sokolov, MSW, Forensic Psychologist

Alexa Sokolov is a bilingual Clinical and a Forensic Social Worker (English, Russian) and a Credentialed Addictions Specialist. She received her MSW Degree in Social Work from Fordham University and Forensic Psychology Degree from Long Island University. She has practiced mental health therapy and addiction disorders in various setting, such as mental health centers, outpatient programs, and private settings for more than a decade. She works with adults, children and their families, providing support and guidance, helping people navigate life's challenges, crisis and difficult transitions.

Throughout the years, she gained experience in helping individuals in various aspects of their lives, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship problems, ADHD, behavior problems, vocational guidance, career orientation, grief and loss, parenting issues, family problems, stress and low self-esteem.

Patricia D. Fraser

Patricia D. Fraser, MSW, LCSW

 Patricia Fraser has been practicing social work in New York City for over 35 years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Brooklyn College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. 

She is presently a licensed clinical social worker in New York State. Ms. Fraser has a list of experiences including: a directorship at a community-based family planning clinic in Brooklyn, medical social worker position at Kings County Hospital, private practitioner in Long Island and Brooklyn Heights, and social worker for the New York City Department of Education.

Stephen A. Johnson

Stephen A. Johnson, LMSW

 

Stephen A. Johnson is a retired New York State licensed social worker with 14 years of experience in the field. He worked at Mount Sinai Hospital – St. Luke’s Morningside, specializing in addiction and medical social work.

Mr. Johnson earned his undergraduate degree at the College of New Rochelle and his Master’s Degree from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work.
